Working My Fingers Off!

After being in a semi comatose state after eating on Thanksgiving, I have found it a bit hard to get back to the designing table- but I know I must so I have been snipping and sewing and painting, etc. a big part of the day today.

I am working on a full Little Women set since I just sold another set for the second time. Of course every time I make something, it always looks different, since patterns are something I don't use in my art form. ( I guess I don't like someone telling me what to do...not even a pattern! LOL)

Anyway, it has been a productive day since I have the Little Women set done, (almost!) and I also just finished a Cleopatra. I decided to do an Oscar Wilde, too. He is almost done, except he has no face yet!

I have a pile of papers with the intended projects I will be doing. I like to have my ideas a few ahead... so I can ponder how I want to do it.

Don't you love creating? I do! I feel like most everyone has something that is an outlet of sorts for them- I would venture to say everyone has an artistic talent of sorts. The trick is finding what it is for some, but it is there- dormant or not!

Well, it's back to work for me. I will be posting my new creations this weekend so keep an eye out...I have several more ideas brewing and I'd better get them started before my thoughts fizzle! (Having teenagers does that to you!)
